Located in the former ballroom of Kepler House is the Myrin Library, named in memory of Alaric and Mabel Pew Myrin, who resided in Kepler and owned the estate we now call Camphill Village Kimberton Hills.
We are proud to share a comprehensive collection of Rudolf Steiner’s teachings, as well as holdings in Anthroposophy, Biodynamic Agriculture and Goethe. Some of these items date to the early 1900s.
The library also houses collections on topics of general interest including art, health, history, literature, nature, philosophy, poetry, and religion, as well as a sunny and cozy children’s section, which is enjoyed by Camphill Kimberton residents of all ages.
Annual membership dues are $12.00 for individuals and $25.00 for groups.
The library is open to visitors on weekdays. Librarian hours are 10 a.m. – noon on Thursdays.
