Kimberton Hills provides many opportunities for people to find their vocation in our community; on the land, in craft workshops, in administration, and in maintenance.
 These positions in Kimberton Hills are most often carried on by residential volunteers who are supported in their life and work by a common budget, rather than paid a salary. From time to time, we also employ people outside of the community to work primarily in the areas of administration and maintenance.
