Independent Living for Special Needs Adults in Southeastern Pennsylvania

Handicap and Special Needs Adult Assisted Living Community in PennsylvaniaPeople come to live in Kimberton Hills to build community. Persons with varying abilities live and work together, striving to create a home and a life vocation.

The agricultural history of our land greatly influences our lives. We all work within our community and strive to find our meaningful vocation as land workers, craft people or homemakers.

In Kimberton Hills, we believe that each person has his or her own unique destiny. Inspired by the teachings of Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner, we try to build an environment that supports each person's individual striving.

Joining as a resident community member and/or contributing on a day basis...

An adult who has been diagnosed with a so-called developmental disability or mental retardation can apply to live at Kimberton Hills. We welcome inquiries and visits to discuss our community.

We encourage those who are interested to come and visit. You are welcome to tour the community, formally, or visit our Cafe or one of our cultural events.

To tour the village or schedule an interview with a resident, call 610-935-3963.

If you are interested in the community, you, a friend or family member can download the Villager Packet and if you have further questions, please call the Admissions office at 610-935-3963, or e-mail us at information@camphillkimberton.org.
