What’s for Brunch? Join us in June in the CSA garden to find out.
It’s almost June and time for the next installment of What’s for Dinner? err, we mean …. What’s for Brunch?
Chef Seth Williams is coming back to Camphill Village Kimberton Hills! After two dinners, we are now focusing on brunch for the third installment of this local food event and fundraiser benefiting the village. Chef Seth is preparing a lovely early summer menu, inspired by the seasonal items grown and produced either in Kimberton Hills or by our neighbors.
Join us on Sunday, June 21 at noon and dine with us in the Sankanac CSA garden. Food providers, as of May 9, include: Camphill Soltane’s Iduna’s Kitchen, Kimberton Hills Dairy, The Farm at Doe Run, Sankanac CSA at Kimberton Hills, Secret Garden Herb Garden at Kimberton Hills and Sly Fox Beer.
As we get closer to the event, parts of the menu will be revealed. Will we have strawberries? asparagus? bacon? Stay tuned to find out.
