What’s for Dinner? celebrates the local foods movement, and kicks off its 3rd year! 

As we prepare to once again answer the age-old question, “What’s for Dinner?” I smile to remember back to our first event, two years ago. We have learned a lot since then, from our successes and our mistakes, and have made so many new friends and fruitful connections. Yet, each event is unique, and when planning the menu we challenge ourselves to begin from scratch again and create dishes that will be delicious and truly memorable.

This September we welcome back our friends from Yellow Springs Farm, and their amazing Artisanal Goat Cheeses, as well as Weckerly’s Microcreamery, and their irresistible frozen masterworks.

We are also thrilled to introduce Stickman Brews of Spring City, and their delicious beers made using an old Belgium style of open-top fermentation and wild yeast strains. The result is truly incredible, bursting with life and flavor.

While I am not at liberty to give away too much just yet, I will say, we have found exciting new ways to incorporate these amazing offerings into four unique courses built on our own produce, growing as I type, that will remain in the ground until just two days before service.
