This is a creamy coleslaw recipe, but there are so many great variations on a coleslaw dressing to make it accompany many different meals. 

  • 5 cups thinly sliced green cabbage

  • 1 cup grated carrots

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

  • 1/2 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 2 teaspoons sugar or honey

  • 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

  • salt and black pepper to taste

Mix all dressing ingredients together in a bowl. Toss cabbage and carrots with the dressing and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving. Enjoy!
