• 1/3 cup tahini

  • 2 cloves garlic, coarsely chopped

  • 1/2 cup fresh cilantro

  • 1/4 cup water

  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 1/4 teaspoon salt, or more to taste

 

Combine all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Adjust salt and lemon juice to taste. Enjoy with salad greens, falafel or vegetable wraps.
