Dr. Ira Cantor, an Anthroposophical and Integrative physician, is also a musician, pianist, and composer who has hosted a chamber music series — Red Velvet Hall — in his home in East Coventry, PA.
The themes of music, medicine, the cultivation of wonder and awe, and the healing of suffering and pain have run through his adult life. For the past few years, Dr. Cantor has worked with extraordinary Philadelphia musical theater artists Steve Pacek and Kata Fried to develop a musical theater cabaret centered on these themes.
